Our Pit Bar-B-Que ribs and chicken are smoked the old-fashioned way, over locally-sourced hickory wood coals. We do not use any propane or electric assist smokers. We also craft our own original blend bar-b-que sauce, baked beans and cole slaw from scratch. We think the extra effort makes a difference that you can taste, so that's the way we do it. Please note that we are not a full-service restaurant; we serve carry-out only and we are only open on (most) weekends (we have "real jobs" during the week).
Pre-Orders are highly recommended. We always smoke plenty of extra ribs and chicken, but sometimes we run out. To ensure we can fulfill your order, please e-mail us in advance at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Just let us know what you would like and when you would like to pick it up. We'll reply to you as soon as possible.
