No Swine Left Behind Pit Bar-B-Que consists of two guys with a passion for hickory-smoked pit BBQ.  We are the owners, the pitmasters, and we are Certified Food Service Sanitation Managers (State of Illinois) and KCBS Certified BBQ Judges.

We're plumb nuts about BBQ...

As the proprietors of this bbq funland, we do all the work ourselves. That's right; your BBQ is always prepared and served by the owners. If we're open, we're there!

We prepare Bulk/Party orders...

Just let us know as early as possible prior to your special event, and we will prepare our hickory smoked BBQ and home-made side dishes for you, no matter how large or small the group.

Cadillac Ribs

Flying Pig (1/2 Chicken)

Juicy, hickory smoked 1/2 chicken, seasoned with our own house rub, glazed with our tasty, mild sauce and served hot from our pit!

Pit-Baked Beans

Traditional southern-style baked
beans seasoned with bacon,
brown sugar, molasses, sweet
onions, bell peppers, and spices.

Cole Slaw

Fresh diced cabbage and
carrots tossed in our
home-made sweet creamy dressing.

We provide hickory-smoked bar-b-que and delicious home-made sides for your special meal or event. Please note that we do not "cater"; we serve "carry-out" only.

How much food do you need?

The serving amounts below are a "rough guideline". Several factors, such as the type of group you are feeding (are they football players?) or the number of side dishes (or additional snacks) provided will affect the actual amounts to plan on.

    Cadillac Ribs

    Each rack of our meaty loin back ribs is about 12 bones and will feed 2-4 persons or 1 medium gorilla.

    Flying Pig

    Our 1/2 chickens serve 1-2 persons.

    Home-made sides

    We offer an individual servings, pints (serves 3), quarts (serves 6), and gallons (serves 24).
