As the proprietors of this bbq funland, we do all the work ourselves. That's right; your BBQ is always prepared and served by the owners. If we're open, we're there!
Just let us know as early as possible prior to your special event, and we will prepare our hickory smoked BBQ and home-made side dishes for you, no matter how large or small the group.

Our big, meaty loin back ribs are hand trimmed (membrane removed), seasoned with our own house rub, hickory smoked, and glazed with our tasty, mild sauce. The "Cadillac" of ribs, hot from our pit!

Each rack of our meaty loin back ribs is about 12 bones and will feed 2-4 persons or 1 medium gorilla.
Our 1/2 chickens serve 1-2 persons.
We offer an individual servings, pints (serves 3), quarts (serves 6), and gallons (serves 24).
